1. Appearance:
Because the brightness of aluminum foil is not as high as aluminum plating, the reflective properties of aluminum foil are not as good as those of aluminum-plated film. Aluminum-plated pouches can cast shadows, except for matte aluminum-plated films. The appearance of matte aluminum-plated films is very similar to aluminum foil. You can cover the pouch opening, and when viewed through strong light, the inside of the aluminum foil pouch is not transparent, while the one that is transparent is the aluminum-plated pouch.
2. Texture:
The texture of aluminum foil pouches is thick, rigid, relatively hard, and heavier, while the texture of aluminum-plated pouches is lighter and softer than aluminum foil pouches.
3. Folding:
Aluminum foil pouches are prone to fold with permanent creases and imprints, while aluminum-plated pouches will not fold into permanent creases or imprints, and they will quickly bounce back.
4. Twisting:
After twisting aluminum foil pouches, they tend to remain twisted and the aluminum layer may break. Twisted aluminum-plated pouches will quickly untwist, and the aluminum layer will not show obvious cracks.
5. Burning:
Aluminum foil is not easily ignited when exposed to fire, and the aluminum layer will curl back. After burning, aluminum foil packaging will leave behind gray aluminum residue. When aluminum-plated film is burned, it exhibits different burning conditions from various plastic films and leaves no aluminum residue.
